This is a high-responsibility internship designed for individuals who are ready to operate like team members—not just learners. You will support strategic and operational projects across the Executive Director’s office, with direct exposure to initiatives in nonprofit expansion, technical education, and workforce certification. This role is being offered with the explicit intent of identifying a future full-time hire as ED scales.

We are a fast-moving, mission-driven startup. That means we welcome fresh thinking, initiative, and hustle. But it also means we don’t have time for hand-holding or slow onboarding curves. If you’re ready to work at the intersection of innovation and impact—and grow while we grow—this may be for you.

This is a performance-based internship. We will provide clear expectations up front and check in regularly, but it is your responsibility to manage your time, output, and communication. ED reserves the right to conclude the internship at any time should the project needs change or if performance does not meet expectations. We are building an internal evaluation process, but your deliverables, responsiveness, and initiative will be the key metrics.
